If you are successful in our recruitment process we will provide you with top sector rates, a robust induction programme, ongoing CPD, access to a manager (including outside office hours) and, for our tutors and mentors, support from a senior mentor. 

Our recruitment process is as follows:

  • Submit your CV and a covering letter to: admin@beaconsupport.co.uk.  Please make sure you state the radius you are prepared to travel. 
  • If you meet the mandatory criteria for the role you are applying for but we are not currently recruiting in your area, we will keep your application on file. 
  • If you meet the mandatory criteria for the role you are applying for and we are recruiting in your area, we will endeavour to reply to you within 7 days.
  • We will arrange an interview and, if you are successful, we will ask you to send evidence of your qualifications, other documentation and references.
  • Once we have verified your documentation we will provide you with induction training and access to our employee hub.
